Green Rooibos Org. It still has the well known characteristics, but with notable differences both in colour and taste. Green Rooibos is brighter in colour and has a greener leaf. This comes from the shorter oxidisation period. The taste is fresh and lively, with a slightly tangy flavour and an aroma that is light and elegant.
