Classic Chinese Pu Erh Tea from Yunnan.

There are different methods, each following old traditions.

After production, these teas are stored in cool cellars or dug into the ground for one to several years.

The tea leaf develops a strong, spicy and earthy taste and depending on the drawing time – an earthy and woody flavour. The infusion has a dark red colour.

China is well known for this type of tea and traditionally, it was developed to be kept for a long period of time, quite unlike other teas.

A must try tea for people who like a full flavour and a layered taste.
