Description
China Keemun OP. Surprisingly, it has only been produced since 1875 which is not long in Chinese tea growing history!.
Before 1875, only green teas had been produced in Anhui.
Our Keemun orange pekoe loose leaf black tea is soft, fine, aromatic and mild tea, with a marvellous, regular sized sinensis leaf.
The brew is a dark red and the bouquet is spicy and sweetish.
Black tea in China is called hongcha or also red tea.
Black tea is more oxidised than other teas and will generally give you a stronger taste.
