Sumatra Toba is an exceptional coffee from Indonesia, cultivated at the edge of Toba Lake on the Island of Sumatra in Indonesia.
The history of coffee in this part of the world began in the middle of the seventeenth century by the Dutch.
It started with the crop in Java and over time, plantations in Sumatra were formed.
The name Toba coffee comes from the lake, where the plantation is located at an altitude of 1200 m above sea level.
The semi washed process yields this coffees beautiful flavour.
